I led the creative direction for artnet’s last website overhaul in over a decade. My goal was to allow the artwork to pop, and build a timeless but modern design aesthetic. Simple UX micro-interactions give this experience dimension and personality. Whether it’s previewing artwork in-situ, filtering content, sticky next navigation and templates to integrate co-partnerships with auction houses and galleries, the site is rich and clean.
